Do I need to speak Chinese?
No. Your escort speaks English, French or Chinese and stays with you at the hospital.
Can I book with my passport?
Yes. We book in your name using your passport. Some hospitals only accept passports at the registration desk; we handle that for you.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. We tell you which hospital and department we suggest, and quote our fee. You only pay if you decide to go ahead.
Do you take commissions from hospitals?
No. You pay us a service fee, and you pay the hospital directly for your medical care. Our recommendations are based on your medical needs alone.
Can I use my health insurance?
Hospitals usually cannot bill foreign insurers directly for regular outpatient care. You pay the hospital, and we prepare the invoices and records you need to claim at home. Check with your insurer before you travel.
