Pre-trip coordination
We organize your records, write a one-page summary in Chinese for your doctors, book your appointment with your passport and plan your days in China.
Medical escort
A medical escort at your side for appointments, tests, payment, a hospital stay or the day of surgery.

Serious illness case management
One escort follows your whole course of treatment, from preparing your case before you travel to the handover home. Your family receives regular updates.
Aftercare
Visit summaries in English or French, insurance claim documents and remote follow-up after you return home.
Also available
- Flights and hotels: we suggest places near your hospital and can book for you. You pay airlines and hotels directly, at their price. We add nothing.
- Sightseeing and shopping: arranged and charged by a travel agency we work with, separately from our fees.
What every service has in common
- Languages: we write to you in English or French, and your escort understands what you need and helps you communicate smoothly at the hospital.
- Your choice of route: regular outpatient care or the international department. Our fee is the same; the hospital's fees are not. How we choose a hospital
- No hospital commissions: we recommend hospitals on medical fit alone.
- Clear limits: we are a coordination service, not a hospital. Our escorts do not diagnose or prescribe. Whether a hospital accepts your case, and how you are treated, is decided by the hospital's doctors.
