You pay us for our service. You pay the hospital directly for your medical care. We take no commissions from hospitals, so our recommendations are based on your medical needs alone.

Free consultation — $0 Tell us about your condition. We reply with the hospital and department we suggest, whether regular outpatient care or an international department suits you better, roughly how long you may need in China, and our fee. We do not review full medical records at this stage, and we do not give medical advice.
Before you travel
Pre-trip coordination — $180 Credited in full if you book a package or serious illness case management.
- We organize your medical records, reports and scans.
- We write a one-page summary in Chinese for your doctors.
- We confirm the hospital, department and type of appointment with you.
- We book your appointment in your name, using your passport.
- We plan your days in China and send you a schedule.
- We send you a checklist: documents, medicines, payment and visa (with links to official sources).
- We suggest accommodation near the hospital and can book flights and hotels for you. You pay airlines and hotels directly, at their price.
Ready within 5 working days of receiving your records. Appointment dates depend on when the hospital opens bookings.

Longer stays: full-day escort $350 per day, inpatient support $260 per day.
Serious illness case management
From $2,400. Complex cases needing a long hospital stay, several operations or staged treatment: from $3,900. Quoted for your case and paid in two instalments.
One escort follows your whole course of treatment: preparing your case before you travel, every key conversation with your doctors, your hospital stay, and the handover home. Your family receives regular updates. Whether the hospital accepts your case, and how you are treated, is decided by the hospital.

Remote follow-up helps you understand new reports, reminds you of check-ups and puts you back in touch with your hospital. It does not change your medicines or treatment.
What our fees never include
- Medical costs: registration, tests, medicines, surgery, hospital stay and deposits. You pay these to the hospital.
- Flights, accommodation, insurance and local transport.
- Visa applications and invitation letters.
- A guarantee that a hospital will accept your case, that you will see a specific specialist, or of any medical outcome.

Registration fees. If a hospital asks for payment when booking, we pay it for you and add it to your pre-trip invoice at cost, with the hospital's receipt. If you tell us before the hospital's cancellation deadline (usually the day before your appointment), we cancel and refund it. After that, it cannot be refunded. Hospitals may block online booking after repeated missed appointments, usually three.
