Your treatment does not end at the airport. We help you take everything home and stay connected with your hospital in China.
Before you leave China
Your summary in English or French. The key points of your diagnosis, treatment, medicines and follow-up plan, written from the hospital's Chinese reports so you and your local doctor can read them. It is a working summary, not a certified translation.
Your insurance documents. Before you fly, we make sure you have the invoices, itemized bills, medical records and diagnosis certificate your insurer is likely to ask for, with the key points in English or French. Whether your insurer pays is decided by your insurer; please check your policy before you travel.
Your records. Reports, scans and discharge papers, collected and organized in one place.
These are included in every package and in serious illness case management .
After you return home
Remote follow-up — $95 per session, by video or voice call:
- explaining new test results or reports from your hospital in China;
- reminding you of check-ups and when to send new results;
- contacting your hospital in China for you, for example to arrange a follow-up visit or ask for missing documents.
Remote follow-up does not change your medicines or treatment. If you need that, we refer you to your hospital in China or to your local doctor.

Questions
Can you get documents from the hospital after I've left? Often yes, but it is much easier while you are still in China. That is why we collect everything before you fly.
Can my local doctor talk to my doctor in China? We can pass questions between them and translate the answers. A direct conversation depends on the hospital.
