Why prepare before you fly
Public hospitals in China usually require an appointment. Bookings open only days ahead, through Chinese-language apps and websites, and popular specialists fill quickly. Outpatient consultations are often short, so a clear summary of your history in Chinese helps your doctor understand your case from the first minute.
What we do
- Organize your records. You send us your records, reports and scans. We put them in order and tell you if anything important is missing.
- Write a summary in Chinese. One page covering your diagnosis, history, current medicines and allergies, so your doctors can read it at a glance.
- Confirm the hospital and route with you. Regular outpatient care, a specialist clinic or the international department — you choose, and we explain the cost difference.
- Book your appointment. In your name, using your passport. If the hospital charges when booking, we pay it for you and add it to your invoice at cost, with the hospital's receipt.
- Plan your days. A schedule showing when you see the doctor, when tests are likely, and when you can probably fly home.
- Send your checklist. Documents and medicines to bring, how to pay in China, and where to check visa rules (official sources only).
- Suggest accommodation and book travel if you wish. We suggest places near your hospital and can book your flights and hotel. You pay airlines and hotels directly, at their price.

What is not included
- An escort in China (add a medical escort or choose a package )
- A full translation of your medical file
- A guarantee of a specific specialist or appointment date
- Medical fees, flights, accommodation and visa costs
When to pay, and refunds
The consultation before this is free. You pay $180 only once you decide to go ahead. If you cancel before we start preparing your trip, you get a full refund. After your records are organized and your appointment is booked, the $180 is not refunded. Refund policy
About your medical records
Please don't send records on the first form. After you decide to go ahead, send them to us by email or WhatsApp. Your records are used only to prepare your care and are deleted within 90 days after your service ends. Privacy policy
Common questions
Can you book a specific professor? We try. Appointments with senior specialists are limited and go quickly. If we cannot get the one you want, we suggest another specialist in the same department and ask you first.
What if I only need an appointment, without an escort? That is exactly what this service is. You can add an escort later.
I'm already in China. Do I still need this? If you need help booking, yes. If you already have an appointment, you may only need a medical escort .
