Our packages cover our service only. You pay the hospital directly for your medical care, and you pay airlines and hotels directly, at their price.
Short-stay package — $1,090
For: consultations, tests, health check-ups and minor procedures. Length: 3–5 days in China.
- Pre-trip coordination: records, Chinese summary, appointment, schedule and checklist
- Flight and hotel booking if you wish (you pay at cost)
- Airport pick-up arranged (transport paid separately)
- A full-day escort for up to 5 days (up to 8 hours a day)
- Help with payment, including TenPayGo and card set-up
- WhatsApp contact during your stay, daily 9:00–21:00 China time
- A visit summary in English or French
- Insurance claim documents
Comprehensive package — $2,290
For: treatment that needs a hospital stay or surgery. Length: 7–10 days in China.
Everything in the short-stay package, plus:
- A full-day escort on every outpatient day
- Inpatient support: a daily visit, talking with your doctors and nurses, updates for your family
- One surgery day: with you before surgery and during consent, and with your family while they wait
- A discharge plan: check-up dates, medicines and when you can fly home

- Already paid $180 for pre-trip coordination? It is credited in full to your package.
- Staying longer? Extra days are charged at our standard rates: full-day escort $350 per day, inpatient support $260 per day.
- Facing a serious illness or a long course of treatment? Serious illness case management is built for that: one escort follows you through every stage, not a set number of days.
- Regular outpatient or international department? Your choice. The package price is the same either way; the hospital's fees are different.
What packages do not include
Medical fees and deposits, flights, accommodation, insurance, local transport and visa costs. We cannot guarantee that a hospital accepts your case, that you see a specific specialist, or any medical outcome. Our escorts do not diagnose or prescribe.
Refunds
Full refund before we start preparing your trip. After your records are organized and your appointment is booked: everything except $180. After your escort service has started: everything except the days already provided. Refund policy
